Job summary

Snorkel AI in the United States is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer focused on Computer Use Agents to partner with leading AI labs and enterprises on agentic-AI initiatives.

You will lead the technical execution across discovery, design, implementation, evaluation, and production delivery, translating ambiguous problems into robust tasks, data, evaluators, and plans that improve reliability and downstream performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ML/software/forward deployed engineering or similar.
• Strong Python and production-software experience.
• Hands-on with LLM-based or agentic systems.
• Experience designing task environments and evaluators.
• Excellent technical communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Design and build task environments, datasets, and evaluation workflows across browsers and desktop apps.
• Translate goals into multi-step tasks with clear success criteria.
• Develop data-generation and QA pipelines for multimodal agentic data.
• Build automated evaluators and measurement frameworks.
• Diagnose agent failures and improve tasks, data, and evaluations.
• Lead technical workstreams from design through production delivery.
• Prototype and productionize solutions across models, APIs, and environments.
• Communicate tradeoffs and results to stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership and set reusable patterns.
