Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a highly accomplished technologist to join the Forward Deployed Engineering Team as an Expert Agent Builder. This role shapes complex agentic AI systems, translating customer needs into concrete AI solutions and leading end-to-end technical delivery on the Agentforce platform.

You will architect, design, and implement advanced agent-based solutions for top brands, leveraging LLMs, LangChain, and multi-agent orchestration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in end-to-end delivery of scalable production solutions.
• Expert-level programming in Java, Apex, JavaScript, Python.
• Experience with modern web component frameworks (React/Angular/LWC).
• Hands-on AI/LLM solutions building and deployment, with LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Data modeling, integration, and analytics in enterprise platforms (Salesforce data cloud, Snowflake).
• Experience with automated testing and test automation frameworks.
• Excellent collaboration across diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Define bespoke agentic AI solutions across the Agentforce platform.
• Lead integration of LLMs and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Enforce engineering best practices for quality, scalability, and security.
• Customize and extend Salesforce platform configurations for agentic needs.
• Design data models and processing pipelines for AI applications.
• Identify and remove technical blockers during delivery.
• Drive innovation in Agentforce platform and agent development.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI advancements and apply to product/process innovation.
