Qualifications

• You are at least 16 years old.
• You are available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Rinse, scrub and scrape food from dirty dishes and cookware; wash by hand or machine.
• Place all clean dishes in proper storage areas.
• Clean and maintain work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Remove garbage and place refuse in designated pickup area.
• Clean drains, disposals and sinks to ensure proper drainage.
• Follow health regulations and assist in maintaining a sanitary environment.
• Set up dish machine and ensure machine is operating properly.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and other kitchen surfaces.
