Job summary

The Boyne Mountain resort is seeking a reliable Dishwasher to keep the dish area, equipment and utensils clean in a fast-paced restaurant setting. This role offers learning and growth opportunities within the food and beverage department, along with exciting resort perks such as ski passes and discounts.

Responsibilities include washing by hand or machine, storing clean dishes, and maintaining a sanitary kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• You are at least 16 years old.
• You are available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You are able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• You are able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Rinse, scrub and scrape food from dirty dishes and cookware; wash by hand or machine.
• Place all clean dishes in proper storage areas.
• Clean and maintain work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Remove garbage and place refuse in designated pickup area.
• Clean drains, disposals and sinks to ensure proper drainage.
• Follow health regulations and assist in maintaining a sanitary environment.
• Set up dish machine and ensure machine is operating properly.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and other kitchen surfaces.
