Job summary
Mercor is seeking senior sales and marketing professionals to design evaluation tasks for AI systems deployed in Fortune 500 go-to-market environments.
You will create enterprise GTM scenarios, draft reference outputs, and write rubrics that capture how senior F500 operators think, with direct ownership of complex deals and campaigns across multiple stakeholders. This role emphasizes working with established brands and budgets, ensuring scalable, rigorous assessment of GTM tactics.
Qualifications
- 5+ years selling, marketing, or RevOps at a Fortune 500 software vendor or equivalent.
- Direct ownership of F500 accounts, brand campaigns, or demand programs.
- Fluency in enterprise GTM tooling and understanding of budgets/procurement.
- Prior rubric or training-content authorship is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Construct enterprise sales scenarios with $1M+ ACV deals at F500 accounts.
- Build marketing tasks across F500 brand strategy, enterprise ABM, demand generation, lifecycle, and positioning.
- Develop RevOps and GTM scenarios using Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Gong, Outreach.
- Apply MEDDIC, Challenger, and Force Management methodologies; craft exec narratives.
- Author rubrics distinguishing authentic enterprise GTM judgment from generic playbooks.
