Job summary

Mercor is seeking senior sales and marketing professionals to build evaluation tasks for AI systems operating in Fortune 500 go-to-market contexts. The workflows are calibrated to the deal sizes, stakeholder complexity, and brand stakes of Fortune 500 and large public companies.

Contributors design enterprise GTM scenarios, draft reference outputs, and write rubrics that capture how senior F500 operators think.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling, marketing, or RevOps at a Fortune 500 enterprise software vendor or similar.
• Direct ownership of F500 accounts or campaigns.
• Fluency in enterprise GTM tooling and procurement processes.
• Prior rubric or enablement-content authorship is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Construct enterprise GTM scenarios for 1M+ ACV deals with multi-stakeholder committees.
• Develop marketing tasks across enterprise ABM, demand gen, lifecycle, and category positioning.
• Create RevOps and GTM scenarios using Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Gong, and Outreach.
• Apply MEDDIC, Challenger, and Force Management methodologies to craft deal strategies.
• Author rubrics distinguishing authentic enterprise GTM judgment from generic playbooks.
