Job summary

Mercor is seeking senior sales and marketing professionals to build evaluation tasks for AI systems operating in Fortune 500 go-to-market contexts.

The workflows are calibrated to the deal sizes, stakeholder complexity, and brand stakes of Fortune 500 and large public companies. Contributors design enterprise GTM scenarios, draft reference outputs, and write rubrics that capture how senior F500 operators think.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling, marketing, or RevOps at an F500 vendor or brand.
• Experience with enterprise GTM tooling and procurement knowledge.
• Ability to design reference outputs and rubrics for enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

• Construct enterprise sales scenarios for $1M+ ACV deals.
• Build marketing tasks across F500 brand strategy and demand gen.
• Develop RevOps and GTM scenarios using popular tools.
• Apply MEDDIC, Challenger, and Force Management frameworks.
• Create rubric-based judgment differentiating authentic GTM insight.
