Job summary

Mercor is seeking senior sales and marketing professionals to build evaluation tasks for AI systems operating in Fortune 500 go‑to‑market contexts. The work designs enterprise GTM scenarios, drafts reference outputs, and writes rubrics that capture how senior F500 operators think.

You will develop tasks for deals of $1M+ ACV, align on brand strategy, ABM, and demand generation at scale, and craft executive narratives for complex procurement cycles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling, marketing, or RevOps at a Fortune 500 software vendor or large brand.
• Direct ownership of F500 accounts, brand campaigns, or demand programs.
• Fluency with enterprise GTM tooling and budgets, procurement, and legal review.
• Prior rubric or training-content authorship is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Construct enterprise sales scenarios with $1M+ ACV deals and complex procurement.
• Build marketing tasks across F500 brand strategy, ABM, demand gen at scale.
• Develop RevOps and GTM scenarios using Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Gong, Outreach.
• Apply MEDDIC, Challenger, and Force Management to craft account plans and exec narratives.
• Author rubrics distinguishing authentic GTM judgment from basic playbooks.
