Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish recruiting requirements by meeting with managers to discuss needs.

• Attract applicants by posting advertisements and contacting recruiters.
• Coordinate interviews, travel, lodging, and meals for candidates.
• Evaluate applicants with managers against job requirements.
• Manage relocation by arranging housing and coordinating with movers.
• Suggest policy improvements to improve offers and benefits.
• Oversee intern program orientations and rotations.
