Job summary

Insight in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Flex Services Technician to install, repair, test, and service a wide range of systems and communication technologies. You will diagnose hardware and peripheral issues and implement cost-efficient fixes to minimize downtime.

You’ll complete technical documentation for billing and compliance and support depot programs such as Hot Swap and Repair. A certificate or diploma in IT and 2–5 years of IT support experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of troubleshooting or IT support experience
• IT-related certificate or diploma
• Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• A+ certification (preferred)
• Previous experience working as certified HP, Dell or Lenovo technician (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing hardware and peripheral issues using cost-effective solutions to minimize client downtime
• Installing and testing hardware, ensuring everything works and following instructions
• Completing all required technical documentation for billing, product returns, and compliance
• Supporting Insight’s depot programs such as Hot Swap and Repair
