Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Cyber Threat Hunter for a full-time onsite role at Fort Shafter, HI in a classified environment. You will analyze threats, hunt for adversaries, and develop detailed threat reports while interfacing with clients to drive secure outcomes.

The role requires extensive experience in security operations, scripting, and DoD/DoDMF concepts, with TS/SCI eligibility and up to 25% travel. Excellent collaboration and training abilities are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Threat Hunting experience or similar Federal Government Enterprise capability.
• Currently hold an adjudicated Secret Clearance and qualify for a TS/SCI clearance.
• BA/BS +4 years recent specialized or AA/AS +6 years recent specialized or a major cert + 8 years recent specialized.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; DoD RMF knowledge.
• Experience with Windows, Mac, Linux OS and application hardening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting projects from initiation to final invoicing and client delivery.
• Interface with customers to gather data, scope work, and build relationships.
• Mentor peers, deliver training, and contribute to training material and proposals.
