Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Cyber Threat Hunter for a full-time onsite role at Fort Shafter, Hawaii, in a classified environment. You will develop and deliver detailed IT solutions through consulting activities from client identification through invoicing, tackling complex problems with deep evaluations and leadership in project delivery.

Role requires TS/SCI clearance, the ability to travel up to 25%, and strong experience in threat hunting, security operations, and incident management across Windows,

Qualifications

• Understand cyber threats, attack vectors, and countermeasures.
• Experience in a Security Operations Center preferred.
• Knowledge of incident management for threats and vulnerabilities.
• Threat hunting plans, briefs, and reports experience.
• Analyze configurations for vulnerabilities and remediation steps.
• Proficiency with Trellix Endpoint Security and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and perform client work related to Trellix services.
• Create end of engagement reports with findings and analysis.
• Develop and maintain intellectual capital for solutions.
• Identify improvements in processes and procedures.
• Maintain technical proficiency via training.
• Identify and pursue new clients and expert engagements.
• Deliver knowledge sharing across Solution Services.
• Mentor peers in new techniques and tools.
• Provide training when required.
• Engage in proposals, invoicing, and cost/schedule monitoring.
