Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Cyber Threat Hunter for a Full Time onsite role at Fort Shafter, HI, in a classified environment. You will lead consulting projects, perform threat hunting, and deliver detailed reports while interfacing with clients and internal teams.

Requirements include TS/SCI clearance, strong SOC background, and experience with Trellix security products. Expect travel up to 25% and collaboration with Solution Services and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Understanding of cyber threats, attack vectors, detection capabilities, and countermeasures.
• Experience in a Security Operations Center monitoring alerts, responding, and remediation.
• Knowledge of Incidents management processes related to threats and vulnerabilities.
• Ability to create detailed Threat Hunting plans, briefings and reports.
• Analyze configurations for vulnerabilities and suggest mitigations.
• Deep knowledge of Trellix Endpoint Security, ENS, DXL, DLP, HX, IVX.
• Windows, Mac, Linux OS hardening and artifact analysis.
• Experience with scripting in Python/PowerShell/Go or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage and perform client work related to Trellix product service offerings.
• Create end-of-engagement reports describing findings and analyses.
• Develop and maintain intellectual capital within Solution Services.
• Identify and implement improvements to processes and procedures.
• Maintain technical proficiency through training and knowledge transfer.
• Develop new clients and expert services engagements.
• Deliver training when required and participate in sales activities.
