Job summary

EFCO Forming & Shoring Solutions is seeking a Formwork Specialist (Territory Manager in Training) to drive profitable growth in your assigned territory. You will engage contractors, analyze needs, and deliver EFCO forming systems with a consultative approach.

You will build industry relationships, demonstrate solutions, and manage the full sales cycle, including forecasting and client guidance, to support EFCO's 90-year legacy of excellence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of concrete forming and sales experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret project needs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within designated territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand EFCO's market presence in your territory.
• Position EFCO as the go-to formwork and shoring supplier.
• Use a consultative sales approach to uncover client needs and close deals.
• Manage the full sales cycle and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
• Provide on-site guidance and build long-term customer relationships.
