Job summary

Cambria is hiring for a Formulation Operator. You will clean and maintain Formulation equipment, control dust and debris, and support safe operation within the Soft Line.

The role requires adherence to SOPs, PPE use, and the ability to receive training on equipment in the Formulation area. Ideal candidates hold a HS diploma or GED and are prepared to obtain forklift, LOTO, and chemical handling certifications, with basic computer skills.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Capable of obtaining forklift and overhead crane certification.
  • Capable of obtaining Lockout Tagout certification.
  • Capable of obtaining Chemical Handling certification.
  • Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Scrape, chisel and brush contact surfaces on Formulation equipment to remove material.
  • Sweep, vacuum and remove all powder from equipment, floors and pipes.
  • Maintain knowledge of mechanical operation of the Soft Line.
  • Receive training to operate Formulation equipment (Formulation Operator).
  • Operate Formulation equipment.
  • Perform Lockout Tagout.
  • Handle chemicals.
  • Keep work area clean and orderly.
  • Perform duties safely per SOPs.
  • Wear a respirator for the full shift.
  • Additional duties as assigned by management.

  • Raspar, cincelar y cepillar todas las superficies de contacto de los equipos de Formulación para eliminar material.

  • Mantener un conocimiento sólido del funcionamiento mecánico de la Línea Suave.
  • Capacidad para recibir capacitación en la operación de equipos dentro del área de Formulación de la Línea Suave (Operador de Formulación).
  • Capacidad para operar equipos de Formulación.
  • Realizar Bloqueo y Etiquetado (Lockout Tagout).
  • Manejar productos químicos.
  • Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y ordenada.
  • Desempeñar las tareas de manera segura, según se describe en los Procedimientos Operativos Estándar (SOP) de Servicios Públicos.

El rango por hora inicial de Cambria para esta posición es de $17.15 - $22.66. Esta posición puede ser elegible para un diferencial de turno del 15%, que se aplicaría a la tarifa horaria base por todas las horas trabajadas durante los períodos de turno nocturno designados.
