Qualifications

• BS/MS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field plus 0-4 years of experience
• Prior experience in Hair Color/Care or Consumer Products formulation
• Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude
• Strong communication and analytical skills. Quick learner.
• Strong data management (excel etc.)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manufacture hair color laboratory batches according to established formulations and procedures.
• Conduct product stability testing and evaluate color performance.
• Record, analyze, and report laboratory results and formulation stability and efficacy data.
• Operate laboratory equipment including batching equipment, pH meters, and viscometers.
• Prepare consumer laboratory samples and hair tresses for product application and evaluation.
• Follow cGMP practices and established laboratory procedures.
• Assist with the organization and maintenance of laboratory
