Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field required, with 4+ years in a lab setting using batching equipment, pH meters, and viscometers. Strong Excel/data management and experience with consumer products are essential.

Responsibilities

• Make hair color laboratory batches.
• Conduct product stability testing.
• Evaluate color performance.
• Record and report results.
• Use laboratory equipment such as batching equipment, pH meters, and viscometers.
• Interact with raw material suppliers.
• Fill consumer laboratory samples.
• Prepare hair tresses with application of consumer products.
• Follow cGMP practices.
• Assist in the maintenance of laboratory raw materials, glassware, supplies, and waste.
• Communicate formulation stability and efficacy results.
