Lilly in Concord, North Carolina is building a state-of-the-art, highly automated campus to expand parenteral manufacturing capacity. This role ensures continuous supply by expertly running processes, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating across functions with safety and quality as the core focus.

As a site leader and technical expert, you will train operators, drive production schedules, and push process improvements while upholding CGMPs.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Shift availability for 1745–0600 on a 2-2-3 schedule.
• Experience in manufacturing operations and working in cleanroom environments is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Run manufacturing processes and operate equipment to meet production schedules.
• Troubleshoot process issues and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, safety, and maintenance teams.
• Train and develop operators to comply with CGMPs and company procedures.
