Job summary

Lilly is building a new, highly automated campus in Concord, North Carolina, to expand parenteral production and packaging operations. This site leadership role focuses on keeping a continuous supply of medicines by running processes, troubleshooting, and coaching operators on safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Knowledge of CGMPs and quality systems.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Familiar with SAP and electronic batch records.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and run processes to meet production schedules.
• Troubleshoot on the shop floor and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, maintenance, and process teams.
• Support daily activities to meet capacity plans and develop team capabilities.
