Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to troubleshoot and triage challenges.
• Proficiency with desktop software (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Lead Operators coordinate daily activities to meet capacity plans.
• Run processes, troubleshoot, and ensure safety and quality.
• Train operators and administer technical training.
• Operate equipment to meet production schedule and review docs (EBR, SAP).
