Lilly in Concord, North Carolina is building a new parenteral filling campus and seeks a Lead Operator to lead the PAR area. This role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, compliant, and continuous supply of medicines while shaping the site culture.

The successful candidate will train staff, operate advanced aseptic equipment, and uphold GMP, safety, and quality standards, with opportunities to grow into leadership and technical roles.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience with automated equipment in GMP/cleanroom.
• 3 months leadership experience and ability to train staff.
• 3 months experience with computers (MS Office, HMI, electronic batch records).
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly does not sponsor visas.

Mansioni

• Lead operator for PAR equipment and process; train new staff.
• Run aseptic filling processes to meet production schedules.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate daily activities to meet capacity plans.
• Uphold safety, quality, and productivity; ensure compliance with quality systems.
