Job summary

Lilly is building a state-of-the-art Parenteral (PAR) manufacturing campus in Concord, North Carolina. As Lead Operator, you will guide start-up activities during facility ramp-up, train staff, and become the PAR subject-matter expert on the shop floor.

This role emphasizes safety, quality, and on-time production of life-saving medicines. After startup, you’ll ensure continuous supply, troubleshoot, and lead cross-functional collaboration while developing your team and pursuing future leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with automated equipment in a GMP/cleanroom environment.
• Minimum 3 months leadership experience and the ability to train / educate team members.
• Minimum 3 months experience working with computers (desktop software, MS office, HMI's, electronic batch records/systems).
• Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership on manufacturing floor ensuring high level of safety, quality, and productivity to maintain reliable supply of products to patients.
• Lead technical training and ensure all operators are trained to perform tasks.
• Operate the equipment and perform activities as required to meet production schedule.
• Drives key departmental objectives including improving safety performance, reducing deviations, improving productivity, and training compliance.
