Job summary

Oerlikon Group in Murfreesboro, TN seeks a Process Manager to serve as the operational expert for Forming Tools processes across plastic, aluminum, and metal forming applications. You will develop, document, standardize, train, audit and continuously improve production and service processes to ensure quality, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing/production experience with process accountability.
• Experience documenting, auditing, and improving manufacturing processes.
• Experience with quality systems, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of production workflows and operational excellence.
• Coating industry or Forming Tools experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence across functions without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Promote and ensure consistent SOPs and best practices across Centers of Competence.
• Identify process variations and implement corrective actions to improve consistency, quality, and performance.
• Develop, document, maintain, and improve standardized production processes and procedures.
• Conduct regular process audits to verify compliance with standards and requirements.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, BTS, and Engineering teams to investigate deviations and implement solutions.
• Lead or support corrective and preventive actions for nonconformities and customer complaints.
• Ensure all process activities comply with ISO, HSE, and regulatory requirements.
