Job summary

Constellium Muscle Shoals, an aluminum manufacturing plant in Alabama, seeks a Process Specialist to provide technical support for operations on shift. You will enforce procedures, drive continuous improvement, and implement changes across the casting and lab networks.

Responsibilities include on-shift procedural audits, identifying SOP gaps, coaching casting personnel, using data systems to monitor processes, and leading cross-functional teams to reduce variability and improve product quality.

Qualifications

• 4-year technical degree required.
• Bachelor’s in Materials/Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• ASQ CQE/CQA or Six-Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-shift procedural audits of personnel and equipment.
• Identify SOP gaps and strengthen procedures with operations management.
• Lead cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve complex issues.
• Utilize process data systems to monitor and improve cast shop processes.
• Coach and support casting personnel with SOP adherence.
