For candidates who have spent time in athletics, the connection between sports and professional development is especially relevant: preparation, consistency, teamwork, performance, and leadership all matter when building a career.
This isn't an athletic position or a role within a sports organization. It's an opportunity to apply your competitive mindset in a professional environment.
As a Remote Sales & Benefits Representative, you'll learn how to work with clients, understand their needs, explain available insurance and benefit options, conduct virtual appointments, and develop long-term professional relationships.
You'll receive structured onboarding, product training, coaching, and ongoing mentorship.
As you gain experience and demonstrate performance and leadership potential, additional opportunities may be available in areas such as mentoring, training, recruiting, and team leadership.
Think of it as learning a new playbook: you'll develop the skills, build consistency, receive feedback, and work toward measurable professional goals.
We're looking for candidates who are professional, dependable, self‑motivated, organized, coachable, and comfortable communicating with people.
Previous insurance or sales experience is helpful, but not required. Training is provided.
A high school diploma is required.
Your athletic background may have helped you develop skills that employers value.
Athletic experience | Professional application | Working with coaches | Receiving feedback and improving performance | Practicing consistently | Developing strong work habits | Competing toward goals | Working toward performance targets | Supporting teammates | Building client and team relationships | Overcoming setbacks | Developing resilience and adaptability | Leading a team | Taking initiative and developing leadership skills
Your playing career may change, but the discipline and mindset you developed through it can continue to serve you.
New representatives receive structured onboarding, product training, and ongoing coaching.
As you gain experience, you may have opportunities to develop additional skills in mentoring, training, recruiting, and leadership, depending on performance and available opportunities.
We're interested in people who want to keep learning and are willing to put in the work required to grow.
This is a remote opportunity within the United States, subject to applicable work‑eligibility and insurance licensing requirements.
Remote work requires self‑discipline, organization, effective communication, and accountability—qualities many athletes have practiced throughout their athletic careers.

Compensation: Performance-based, earnings cap compensation structure. Compensation includes weekly earnings, bonuses, and residual compensation, subject to applicable company terms and qualifications.
