Job summary

Sudden Service, Inc. (SSI) provides nationwide support for Taylor OEM parts and forklift service through a network of service centers. The role focuses on assisting customers and field technicians, calculating costs, processing orders, and maintaining accurate service records.

We seek a proactive individual with strong organization and communication skills to uphold SSI's standards while coordinating with the Louisville-based policy team. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a parts/service environment preferred.
• Ability to prioritize service work and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and Field Service Mechanics to identify maintenance needs.
• Compute costs for parts and labor to restore lift truck condition per customer specs.
• Process service orders and warranties; handle invoicing and paperwork.
• Maintain records, schedules, and filing for SSI Service Center operations.
• Support timecard reviews, vacations, and staffing to meet workload.
