As a Ryder Warehouse Associate, you will handle inbound items, operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts, and support safe, accurate picking, packing, and shipping while maintaining a clean, organized facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation.
• Maintain accuracy through cycle counting and documentation in warehouse systems.
• Provide support for automated packing systems during production shifts.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and contract performance guidelines.
• Work with paperwork such as picks, returns, and bills of lading.
