Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is hiring a Storeroom Attendant / Forklift Operator in Knoxville, TN. This role offers weekly pay and a solid benefits package, with a first shift schedule from 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

As a storeroom operator, you will handle inbound products with forklifts, pallets, and scanners, using a WMS system to enter orders. A high school diploma and a valid forklift license are strongly preferred; expect training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and work indoors/outdoors.
• Strong technical aptitude with Outlook, Word, Excel and WMS systems.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping and receiving.
• Operate forklift and conduct cycle counting as needed.
• Manage paperwork such as picking sheets and bills of lading.
• Support automated packing systems during production shifts.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on the warehouse floor.
• Work independently and as part of a team while ensuring accuracy.
