Ryder is hiring a Storeroom Attendant / Forklift Operator in Jacksonville, FL. This role offers weekly pay, benefits, and a career in supply chain. Expect first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with hourly pay of $18.43. Join a team-based environment focusing on safety and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, packing, and warehouse duties with room for growth and training. Benefits start within 30 days and include medical/dental/vision and 401(k).

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Clean driving record and access to personal vehicle for regional travel (25–50% of the day).
• Proficient with MS Outlook/Word/Excel, scanners, and entering orders into a WMS.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading.
• Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production shift.
• Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
