Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking energetic, safety-minded Forklift Operators to join our operations team in Wilkes-Barre, PA. This role supports production by loading and unloading materials and preparing pallets for shipment.

You will operate forklifts, follow safety protocols, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace while meeting daily production goals. High School Diploma or GED is preferred; forklift experience and certification are a plus, but training and certification are provided

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred, but training can be provided.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with precision using forklifts to move materials.
• Follow safety protocols and help achieve zero incidents each shift.
• Sort pallets based on product specifications and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay clean and organized; follow 'Clean as You Go' practices.
• Lift and move pallets and materials as required (up to 70 lbs).
