Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred, but training is provided.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload with precision using forklifts to move materials and support production teams.
• Follow safety protocols and help achieve zero incidents each shift.
• Sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep workspace clean and organized by applying “Clean as You Go.”
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions throughout shifts.
