Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking energetic, safety-minded individuals for forklift operator roles in our Pennsylvania production environment. You will move materials, load and unload trailers, and support daily operations as part of a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred; training available if needed.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials safely using forklifts to support production.
• Follow all safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents per shift.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep workspace clean and organized and practice Clean as You Go.
• Be prepared for physical work lifting up to 70 lbs and performing repetitive motions.
