Qualifications

• Forklift experience and certification preferred; training available if needed.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with precision using forklifts to support production.
• Follow all safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents per shift.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Keep workspace clean and organized with a 'Clean as You Go' approach.
• Lift and move items up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
