Job summary

Dart Container is seeking a Temporary Forklift Operator in Thomaston, GA to support daily production and distribution activities. You will operate forklifts and clamp trucks to move and store materials, ensuring safe handling and accurate inventory execution.

We offer weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package, with opportunities for pay increases and advancement. A PIT license and basic math skills are required, along with six months of experience and strong adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Six months relevant experience in material handling or forklift operation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) license.

• Proficiency in English for training and safety communications.

What you’ll do…

• Meet KPIs for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service
• Follow safety regulations and quality standards

What you’ll need…

• Six (6) months relevant experience, previous experience operating a clamp truck, preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) license
• Ability to demonstrate basic math calculations and dimensional counting skills
• Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues
