Job summary

Dart Container in Georgia is hiring a Machine Operator (System) to operate high-speed production equipment, set up and troubleshoot processes, and ensure quality output. The role includes maintaining logs, running SAP processes as required, and supporting continuous improvement in a fast-paced facility with 12-hour shifts (7:00pm–7:00am) and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic problems including knowledge of machines and tools, their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
• Math skills to include simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
• Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting-up, starting, diagnosing, troubleshooting and properly shutting down process equipment
• Assist with process machinery from raw materials through downstream finished goods
• Maintain production logs and reports as required
• Perform production process in SAP as required
