You will follow strict safety protocols, sort pallets to meet product specs, and help maintain high production standards. The role emphasizes a strong work ethic, teamwork, and the ability to perform repetitive lifting up to 70 lbs in a busy warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred; training and certification provided if needed.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with precision using forklifts, supporting production teams.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
