Qualifications

• Forklift experience with certification preferred; training available.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with precision, safely operating forklifts.
• Follow safety protocols to aim for zero incidents.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals.
• Keep workspace clean and organized.
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
