Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking energetic Forklift Operators to join our operations team. The role focuses on safely loading and unloading materials, moving pallets, and supporting production to keep shipments on schedule.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience and certification preferred; training provided.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in fast-paced production environment a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and teamwork in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload with precision using forklifts to move materials.
• Follow safety protocols and help achieve zero incidents per shift.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Keep workspace clean and organized, following Clean as You Go.
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
