Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking energetic, safety-minded individuals to join our operations team as Forklift Operators. The role supports production by safely moving materials, loading and unloading trailers, and sorting pallets to meet product specs.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience and certification preferred, training provided.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in fast-paced, production-based environments is a plus.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with precision using forklifts to move materials and trailers.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a zero-incident shift.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Keep workspace clean and organized, following "Clean as You Go".
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions during shifts.
