You will load/unload, move pallets, and support production while following all safety protocols. We offer training to certify forklift operation and a path to growth in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred; training provided if needed.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to load and unload materials and support production teams.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents per shift.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain daily production pace with accuracy and efficiency.
• Practice clean as you go to keep a safe, tidy workspace.
• Be prepared for physical work, lifting up to 70 lbs and repetitive motions.
