Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking energetic forklift operators to join our operations team. You will load and unload materials using forklifts, helping production run smoothly while following safety protocols and quality standards.

Training and certification are available if needed, with a focus on teamwork and efficiency. This role requires physical work, lifting up to 70 lbs, and a commitment to a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred; training available for certification.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with forklifts to move materials and support production.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain zero incidents per shift.
• Sort pallets and ensure quality according to product specs.
• Maintain production pace and accuracy to meet daily goals.
• Keep workspace clean and organized and perform lifting up to 70 lbs.
