Rehrig Pacific Company in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin is hiring a Forklift Operator to support our production team. You will load and unload materials, safely operate forklifts, and sort pallets while ensuring quality standards and timely throughput.

We value safety, teamwork, and a proactive attitude. This role involves lifting up to 70 lbs, standing for long periods, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred, but training provided.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload with precision, operating forklifts to move materials and support production.
• Follow safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents each shift.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Keep workspace clean and organized; lift up to 70 lbs as required.
• Assist with repetitive motion tasks and equipment handling.
