Rehrig Pacific Company in Wisconsin is seeking a Forklift Operator to support our production line. You will operate stand-up forklifts to move materials, load and unload, and help maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment.

No forklift certification? We will train and certify you. A High School diploma or GED is preferred. You’ll join a team that values safety, reliability, and teamwork, with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Stand-up forklift experience and certification preferred; training available.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load & Unload with Precision: Safely operate stand-up forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers.
• Safety First, Always: Follow all safety protocols and help achieve zero incidents each shift.
• Sort & Support: Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Keep It Moving: Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy.
• Stay Clean & Organized: Practice 'Clean as You Go' and keep workspace safe and tidy.
• Lift & Move: Be ready for physical work, occasionally lifting up to 70 lbs.
