Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking energetic, safety-minded Forklift Operators in Beaver Dam, WI. This essential role supports production and ensures on-time delivery to customers.

Responsibilities include load/unload with forklifts, maintaining quality standards, and keeping a clean, safe workspace while meeting daily targets. Prior forklift experience and certification are preferred, but training and certification are available.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred; training available.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production environment is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with precision using forklifts to move materials and support production.
• Follow all safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents per shift.
• Sort pallets by product specs and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain production pace and achieve daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep workspace clean and organized with a “Clean as You Go” mindset.
• Perform lifting up to 70 lbs and handle repetitive motions throughout shifts.
