Job summary

XPO is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our team in a high-volume dock environment. You will efficiently sort, load and unload freight, using forklift and pallet jack equipment while adhering to safety policies. This role includes day and night shifts with potential weekend hours and requires strong attention to detail.

Competitive pay ranging from $26.05 to $32.04 per hour, with benefits for those working 30+ hours per week. This is a Motor Carrier Act Exempt position at XPO.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator.
• Available to work a variety of shifts due to varying freight volumes, including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sort, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack as needed.
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies.
• Work in a dock environment and follow safety policies.
• Use handheld devices to scan and track shipments.
