XPO is looking for a Forklift Operator to join our dock team. You will be responsible for sorting, loading, and unloading palletized freight using forklift and pallet jack, while ensuring shipments are secured and tracked.

This role emphasizes safety on a non-climate-controlled dock and requires flexibility for night shifts. Pay starts at $24.37/hour with comprehensive benefits for those working 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to perform basic math calculations, with and without a calculator.
• Willing to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight.
• Use pallet jack and forklift to move goods.
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies.
• Work safely and follow company safety policies.
• Use mobile handheld devices to scan and track shipments.
• Work on a dock not climate-controlled for extended periods.
