XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator to efficiently sort, load, and unload freight on a dock, using pallet jacks and forklifts.

Starting pay is $28.10/hour with a $1.80/hour night shift premium; full health insurance on day one, life and disability insurance, 13 days PTO in year one plus 9 company holidays, and a 401(k) with company match. This role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs (70+ on occasion), and weekend availability.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to perform basic math with or without a calculator.
• Available for days, evenings, nights and weekends.
• Preferred: dock or warehouse experience; forklift experience in freight/LTL.

Responsabilidades

• Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight.
• Use motorized and manual equipment including pallet jack and forklift.
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies.
• Follow safety policies and work on a climate-uncontrolled dock when needed.
• Use handheld devices to scan and track shipments.
