Job summary

Performance Food Group in Kentucky seeks a Warehouse Forklift Operator to move inventory, stock slots, and perform quality checks in a fast-paced multi-temperature warehouse. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, maintain safety, and assist in daily distribution workflows.

The role requires standing, lifting, and ability to work overtime with a schedule starting at 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Comprehensive benefits are provided from day one, supporting a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly; able to lift 10-35 lbs and up to 60-90 lbs.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Overtime availability and scheduled shift adherence.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and pallet jack to move inventory.
• Locate slots and replenish pick slots as needed.
• Perform temperature and quality checks on items.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Complete end-of-shift paperwork and vehicle inspections.
