Performance Foodservice is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to drive material handling equipment and move products through the distribution process. You will load, unload, and organize goods while maintaining GMP standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime.
• Stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Lift 10–90 pounds varies by location and task.
• Work in multi-temperature environments (cooler/freezer/dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Locate proper slot on storage racks and set pallets with forklift.
• Transport incoming freight to inventory and replenish pick slots.
• Rotate stock and remove outdated inventory per policy.
• Disperse over-stocked items to available slots as needed.
• Inspect equipment, perform safety checks, and maintain area.
• Complete paperwork and secure batteries; ensure safety at shift end.
