Job summary

JOST International Corp. is seeking a Forklift Operator to move materials within our warehouse and production areas.

The role includes loading/unloading trucks, placing finished goods in designated areas, and maintaining material labeling and Kan-Ban rotation to ensure oldest inventory is used first. Responsibilities include daily forklift checks, basic maintenance, and adherence to company processes and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of forklift operation and material handling.
• Ability to gain forklift certification per company standards.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read and write legibly.
• Understanding of basic processes.
• Knowledge of company products and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move materials within warehouse/production areas.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers.
• Place finished products and materials in designated areas.
• Rotate Kan-Ban materials monthly to use oldest first.
• Inspect forklift daily and perform basic maintenance.
• Ensure materials are properly labeled and tracked.
